Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and get a refund. It sits alongside — and does not affect — your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel, email hello@dayonenutrition.co.uk with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

Important exceptions (food & supplements)

Because we sell food and food supplements, some items are exempt from the standard cancellation right for health and hygiene reasons. You cannot return:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used once delivered (where they were sealed for health/hygiene reasons).
  • Perishable products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

These exceptions do not apply if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described — see "Faulty or incorrect items" below.

How to return an item

  1. Email hello@dayonenutrition.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and any instructions.
  3. Return the item unopened and in its original condition and packaging.
  4. We recommend using a tracked service — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Unless the item is faulty, you pay the return postage cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.
  • We refund the price of the goods. Original standard delivery is refunded for full cancellations under the 14-day right; we don't refund any upgraded/express delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days at hello@dayonenutrition.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
